The scent reminds us of the sweet, wild phlox that dot the Florida roadsides in the Springtime. This plumeria blooms with care-free abandon and produces large clusters of 3 inch flowers with a semi- propellor shape. A real winner for any plumie lover! Rooted plants–NOT Grafted.
