Scarlet Night

This is a rare, beautiful, unique, and exclusive release by the well-known and respected plumeria hybridizer, Kukiat Tanteeratarm. This beautiful cultivar produces some of the deepest red flowers for a red plumeria and has prominent black veination. The picture provided is the best that could be offered considering that reds are quite difficult to photograph (in real life the colors are much more intense!) The petals are very thick and almost waxy in texture and blossoms measure at appx 3″ wide. Of course, they also come with a lovely, sweet, fragrance. The plant has a semi-compact growth habit. The name Scarlet Night is fitting due to the intense red and black coloration. Grafted AND Rooted plants from Kukiat in Thailand–avg. 13-17″ tall, measured from the soil line.
