Bangkok Fire- Intense Fragrance & Fiery Color!

This most intensely colored beauty will produce approx. 3″ wide, intense orange-red flowers, opening successively on full flower-heads! The outstanding coloration is a glowing orange-red with some darker veining spreading from base–the effect is like seeing a flame. Flowers turn increasingly purplish with maturity and eventually fade to mauve, white and light golden-tan. We did our best to capture this hard to photograph color—not too bad a job, but it still doesn’t beat seeing it in person! The fragrance is very strong, unique and most pleasant; citrus sweet with a very prominent dash of nutmeg. This wonderful variety is best described as having a strong, conspicuous color and, a remarkably intense and unique fragrance.
