#4606 (aka Thai Tornado)

This beautiful plumeria produces large 3”- 3.5″ flowers of medium to heavy texture. The beautiful petals are red and cream with shades of yellow, golden-yellow throat; heavily overlapping, rounded and almost circular in shape. The scent is a fresh, medium, floral sweetness.
