This is one of the still lesser known purple/lavender plumerias from Plumerian Dr. Kukiat Tanterratum, and she's a real beauty! A nice spreading tree with lovely 3" flowers with a nice sweet fragrance. Young rooed plants 13-16" tall measured from the soil line.
